Part was easy to find on the website and shipped quickly.

I love my new elilptigo! Have had many interesting looks from people as I go by!! The shipping was flawless and I have not had to use the service yet. All request or questions I have had have been answered within a day. It has been a great addition to running and biking for my "older knees" . I hope they become more popular where I am- I also hope schools in the northwest invest, as a cross country coach kids with shin splints could really benefit.

The selection and package are top-notch as usual. The web site is easy to use and very intuitive so that I can find everything I need quickly with a fast and easy checkout experience. It is a wonderful storefront website that is not only cosmetically appealing, but very functional. Great work!  The only problem is when I scroll to the bottom and click on "Become an Enthusiast," then click on the "please read this ElliptiGO Enthusiast Overview" link to launch the PDF, the section titled "Primary Target Markets," is missing the Greater Sacramento region or something similar, like the American River Area or Sierra Foothills or something like that. Anyway this would help solve the problem with not enough test rides in the eastern half of Sacramento County and the quickly-expanding El Dorado Hills, CA, being currently flooded with IT workers escaping the high prices of the Bay Area and with lots of time to exercise because they no longer spend 2 hours a day commuting. I encounter these people each time I ride, but they do not want to deal with someone 40 miles away in Davis. Can you update this? Thank you. ElliptiGO Rules!

I recently upgraded from my 8c to an 11r. The 8c was great and met all my needs. I wasn't sure if I really needed the 11r but now that I have it I couldn't imagine going back to the 8c. I can't imagine anyone not being satisfied with any of the ElliptiGOs.
