I ordered 3 different items. They arrived quickly , however one was for a different model. Within moments and after checking, responsibility for error was acknowledged and proper item was sent . That is exactly what should have happened. What stood out was the attitude,speed and clarity of the individual handling the problem.

Anytime we have glad questions we can either find it through your very informative videos or make a phone call! And the best part we actually talk to a live person! We have also bought several items for our GoGos on your site. It is a bit cumbersome to get to the items not sure if it’s me. Either way we love your products and services!

Love the 11R. This is my third ElliptiGo, the first two were the 8C. The 11R is smooth to ride and it’s nice to have the extra gears especially for downhill. it also feels more maneuverable. I ride about 15 miles a day across hilly terrain.
