I ordered wheels and tracks. FedEx lost them and support sent new ones no questions asked.

I give a 5 star rating as i was able to get my items ordered and sent, but you should modify the shipping requirements to allow APO address's and that should default to USPS. Not every order is needed next day.

ElliptiGO staff is top notch. I’ve never had a problem with any of my orders and I’ve been a customer for 11 years.

my ordering process was smooth and the water holder bundle is great
