I really love the support ElliptiGO provides its riders! I have two recommendations to improve the website and ensure new ideas riders have are shared and rewarded. First, it would be great to have a search in support to find specific videos and link(s) to owners manual on how to remove tires and tube to change and other support needs. Second, it would be great to have a suggestion or invention ideas for riders to submit and get rewarded for such suggestions or inventions. Bill Oleson 480-440-0416

I purchased my Elliptigo at the beginning of the pandemic. It was the perfect thing to get me outside and enjoying it. I have been using it ever since. Living in New England, I don’t get to use it too much in our colder winter months. I purchased the trainer. What a great addition. The assembly video on the website was amazing. Very detailed and thorough. I recently decided to purchase the e-bike kit for my 8C. I had a few questions prior to purchasing. I sent an email and quickly got a very detailed response answering all of my questions. I made the purchase of the e-bike kit and finally installed it this past weekend. I cannot compliment the installation video enough. Truly the videos provided by Elliptigo are spectacular! The directions are clear, concise and easy to follow. I made my maiden voyage on my now electric Elliptigo on New Year’s Eve. It was amazing. Looking forward to riding into 2024 and beyond. I cannot recommend the Elliptigo enough. Superb product with superb customer support!
