I went to the elliptigo headquarters 2 years ago for maintenance and they got my elliptigo back in perfect shape. Excellent customer service. A couple weeks ago I ordered a new tube and it arrived promptly and I replaced the tube myself and my elliptigo is in great shape. I ride it around this new neighborhood and get many compliments & questions about this bike and I explain to everyone what it is and what its purpose is and why I feel it's superior to mainstream bicycles and it's a fabulous invention. I've had this elliptigo SUB for 6 years and it's riding like new. I've ridden it all over historical trails in Washington DC and up and down the California West Coast.
