Works perfectly!
This hitch rack has worked perfectly! It is used with a 2" receiver hitch on a Ford Expedition. (Previously, I transported the bike by removing the telescoping handlebars and putting the GO inside the vehicle. While this mostly worked, the handlebars inevitably scratched the GO each time. Using the rack removes this hassle, and is easier to use as well.)
Upon initial receipt of the rack, I was a little confused as to what the end state should be, but Keri in support was very helpful in clearing up the confusion quickly.
With the GO mounted closest to the vehicle, there was a little concern with the handlebars tapping against the back window while driving, but judicial use of a tie strap (pulling the opposite end of the rack closer to the vehicle, thus pulling the handlebar side a little further away) quickly addressed this concern. The Expedition is tall enough that this is likely not an issue with most passenger vehicles. It has all been smooth sailing since then.
