ElliptiGO

After 40 years of running, the exercise started to really hurt. Thank goodness I found the ElliptiGO! It’s running without pain. Young runners should incorporate the ElliptiGO as a great cross training tool. But you don’t have to be an ex-runner or runner to love the fun of ElliptiGOing. It’s great for everyone!

I've had my Elliptigo 11R for 2+ years. I've had very little need to contact Ellitigo. When I have contacted them it has been for my own education of the equipment. The staff has always been very helpful and very nice to deal with. The only problem I've had with my Elliptigo was when SRAM recalled the V-brakes that Elliptigo used on my machine.  The head of Elliptigo called me to let me know about SRAM's recall and let me know about the replacement plan. Elliptigo had already researched local bike shops in my area and was asking if the one closest to me was acceptable for handling the replacement.  It was my preferred.  Elliptigo contacted the bike shop and arranged for them to replace the recalled SRAM brake assemblies, then let me know I could take the Elliptigo in at my convenience.  Elliptigo sent the bike shop the replacement parts and paid the bike shop directly for the work. I have been extremely happy with Elliptigo and it's staff.  I only wish they would team up with the company that makes Rockboards (kids kick scooter that is propelled by a rocking board) to make an adults version with geared hub!!! Elliptigo, I would buy one!! :-)
