I've had my bike for a long time and whenever I had a question on repairs and maintenance they always had a support video to cover it. Getting parts was also easy and the staff is always happy to hear from you. Outstanding service!!

My wife and I decided to purchase the kinetic road machine smart 2 for use with our Eliptigo 11R for those months when it is a little bit too cold to ride outdoors. The road machine was easy to assemble and provides a sturdy base for the 11R which comes pretty close to simulating what it is like to be outside on the 11R. The gear levers make it much easier to change resistance than your traditional elliptical machine. The smart connection is easy to use and keeps workouts from becoming boring and monotonous. All in all, it has greatly enhanced our use of the 11R.

The ElliptiGo SUB may not be equipped with sonar or be powered by a reactor, but the feeling of wind whipping past your ears and the power generated in your legs are just as exhilarating. Having biked for many years on a seated in-door bike I constantly stood up out of the saddle to allow my knees the free range of motion because they simply hurt while pedaling in the seated position. The ability to ride, not only outside, but from a standing position has removed all pain, and it has increased my running and aerobic ability as well. The ElliptiGo SUB simply makes biking fun while providing an excellent workout. Thank you ElliptiGo for your incredible invention!

I am a runner! But injuries have been a problem for the past few years. The Elliptigo has allowed me to exercises through injuries and to help prevent new ones. The customer service is great and my long stride is built very well.

Last August I was forced to end a 45+ year running streak due to an arthritic hip. Looking for something to replace my running, I heard about Elliptigo and quickly purchased an 8c. I love it as the closest thing to running but without the pounding that there is. In November I had hip replacement surgery and my 8c with the Kinetic trainer is now a key part of my recovery process.
