I’ve been riding an 8C for a year and decided last month to get a MSUB as well. I find that the MSUB is a more challenging workout and is better suited to take on steep hills. It is a very smooth ride both on and off road due to the lower PSI in the tires. Bottom line is the MSUB is one amazing bike!

After hearing a consistent clicking noise while riding my 11R I inspected the load wheels and discovered that 2 of them were cracked (I have many, many miles on my bike). I contacted the Elliptigo Service Department and ordered replacement load wheels. I replaced all four load wheels because of the mileage I have on my bike. Keri, the Service Manager, also sent me an email containing links to videos that helped me replace the wheels. Following the videos was simple and straightforward. I am very happy with the net result.
