This purchase was for my girlfriend, she loves them and it helps her tremendously in RDL’s and pulling exercises. She’s already 60% stronger in 6 months from pure dedication, so it was necessary for her to have them now, they fit perfectly. Unfortunately mine, which I’ve had for 2 years now are a size too big but they are still functional all the same. Not a more important gym item, necessary for all.
