Burley communicates well during the shipping process and product and spares are shipped quickly

The website was easy to use and informative, although I would prefer more than user pics to show the Burleys in action—mounting to bikes, handling terrain and so on. Purchasing, shipping, packaging, etc. met my expectations well. I have since purchased accessories and will again.
