I love that you were trying to get electric bikes out into the world. This idea that it automatically is able to go up hills, nah. I need a lot more reassurance than it adjusts itself

Great service from your team, but unfortunately, the bike was much lower quality than i expected. I’m familiar with a lot of the ebikes in the market and unfortunately, the bike battery leaking charge and requiring a full charge every three days is not acceptable, especially when you have to take off the seat. So in my first two weeks of owning I would constantly constantly find the battery at 0%.

The bike i received doesn't work and the company won't answer any of my emails. The phone line rings busy. Other posts I've seen online say that people get charged and then never receive their merchandise. Currently disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I can’t review something I haven’t received. I ordered the bike on August 3rd and as of August 16th it has not shipped. You would be better served asking for a review after the customer received the product.

Haven’t even received shipping info.. been trying to get in touch with someone with no success
