Purchased this for a hiking 4 day trip to Arizona. It was easy to carry & it even fit in my carry-on luggage! We specifically used the cooler to pack our sandwich goods (ham, cheese, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, etc.) and snacks (yogurt, drinks, diced fruit) for after our hikes. Kept everything cold for hours! The very first time I used it I did not fold it correctly therefore the ice/water did trip a little when the cooler fell to its side, but after some trial & error I became a pro and it worked great!
