Customer service was awesome. Online claims process was easy and didn't take long. Duffy was super responsive and I had a replacement cooler within a week. I was kept informed along the whole process and I was glad to send my original product back for recycling. Thanks!

We used an ICEMULE cooler
We used an ICEMULE cooler in Aruba on a 8 hour UTV excursion and our drinks stayed cold and the ice did not melt.
