great product and worth the price

I love the ICEMULE Pro Large. Not only has it come in handy for camping trips, but it turned out to be even more useful for car travel. Instead of trying to fit in a big bulky cooler, we've used the ICEMULE Pro and been able to fold it up and store it on the way back from our trip. Super happy with it!

Service was very helpful and quick to respond

I had one that was about two years old. It started to leak. I called customer service and they immediately sent me a claim form. Within a few days, Icemule shipped me a brand new cooler, no questions. Amazing! Way out of warranty, no problem. I was thrilled and appreciated a live agent in the USA.
