Good product bad experience with customer service

Emailed me it shipped, when it won’t actually ship for another week. Then ignored both my emails trying to get any update. So far, y’all have done bad.

Where is my stock!! Why haven’t you responded to the emails sent direct from your website!!

My experience was not very good. I ordered a .300 Black out upper on June 5th. The website said "in stock". It was not in stock. I emailed the F5 (they have no phone number) and they got back to me quickly. They assured me they would get it to me asap. After multiple emails back and forth, one of which assured me my upper, the adapter and the stock would all be the same color (as pictured on their website) my order finally arrived yesterday. The Stock the adapter and PART of the upper are the same color. The "rail" (small mlok extrusion that bolts on at 3 6 and 9 o'clock) is BLACK. This is unacceptable. In addition to more than a month and a half wait for an "in stock" product that was misrepresented, the piston end of the bolt carrier is BENT and prevents the bolt from going into battery. This is likely a PSA issue so I have started a claim with them for that part. I sent the lower rail to my local cerakote guy to finish the job for F5. PSA will likely take care of the damaged piston and my local cerakote dealer will do F5's job for them. No way am I going to send it back to them after waiting for nearly 2 months for this! Buyer beware
