Has not shipped product in nearly a month.

Shipping was smooth, but now I need to be contacted to send it back

No goods nor services provided and an outright refusal to refund my order. Avoid these grifting scam artists.

I just submitted a review, saying that if you don’t have enough machines and personnel to fulfill your orders in a timely fashion, then you need to limit your orders. Bottom line. It’s a bad experience for the customer and if you don’t care, you probably shouldn’t be in business.

Beware of Pati Boeck, if you receive an email requesting an order change they will pull a bait and switch for a lesser product.
