They have not responded back to resolve the outstanding issue I still have with the mounting plate for my Ruger 57 to fit a Sig Romeo 1 optic

Sent numerous emails for customer support…. Radio silence…called and left messages . No customer service

"Available to purchase" seems to mean "we'll make some more in a month or two. " As long as you are okay with getting your product in months rather than weeks or days, F5 is fine. If you need it this year, then F5 probably isn't the best fit for you.
