I have a bike box and one of the wheels got broken. Whilst searching for a replacement wheel I noticed Hargroves stocked the same bike-box but it was out of stock. I called, just on the off chance that Hargroves might have spares and they couldn't have been more helpful or responsive. They found a replacement, posted it on their web-site, contacted me immediately and I was able to make my purchase. Brilliant Customer Service.
