The website is clear and ordering is a simple process. Delivery was very prompt. I had a few issues with my bike - all of my own making - and the gentlrman on Customer Services was very helpful and patient. In the end I devided to return the bike. Again this was a straight forward and painless process. I would highly recommend Hargroves.

Bike was delivered on time and to expectation. Fitted handlebars/wheels etc and it worked well first time. Great deal.

After reading mixed reviews I wasn't sure what to expect on service. Easy to order, great price. Can't fault the update emails on acceptance delivery due and when it was on its way. Brought as a Christmas gift so can't comment on the product until its used, was happy to say no issues on order and would use again.
