Ordered over the phone but due to work commitments I could not take delivery straight away. This was not a problem and the bike was held until I was home and arrived on the day I requested. Bike was very well packed in a secure thick box with minimal work required to assemble. Initial thoughts after my first ride are really good but not overly impressed by the front forks. Any time the front wheel is off the ground there is a clunking sound and it sounds like the springs are rattling around the rest of the time. Will probably change the forks for something a bit better. Other than that the bike is amazing. Overall service was really good and I would recommend to anyone.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that quickly provided a solution to a delayed delivery from another depot. Replacement pump arrived within 24hrs. Thank you.
