Terrible experience

Service was good; however, it did not fit my gun. It was advertised that it would fit my p365xl with the tactical development rail and the olight mini 2 but it didn’t not fit. Shipping too a while too but understandable due to the pandemics.

Holster doesn't cover the trigger completely which renders it useless

I order the Rugged Duty Holster for duty use at my SO. I want to start off by saying I still find this holster aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately that's where anything good I have to say about it ends. I received it about 16 days after I ordered it if I remember right which it is cleary listed that there will be a two week wait so I'm not gripping about that. My main gripe is the quality and over all build of the holster. To start the hood is flimsy and able to be disengaged with little to no effort from the hood itself not the actual release system. The actual release system isn't able to be disengaged if there is any semblance of the pistol touching it and I found myself constantly struggling to get it to disengage. (I tested this out at home for about a month before I gave up on it.) After about 5 hours of ownership I had to Jerry rig the hood back into place as I had somehow stripped one of the screws out of the hood. I ended up removing the hood all in all for duty I'll pass but for the range I'd say its useable.

Unfortunately the product and customer service is not what is advertised. The product is cheaply made for the price and they forgot to put the clip in that I paid EXTRA for! So after returning the product and waiting for my refund, they paid for shipping all right out of my refund. Will not reccomend to anyone! My brother in law had the same issue with them not sending the purchased product out but something totally different!
