When I put the trampoline together, I noticed one of the springs had the hooks facing opposite directions. I called customer service to let them know. Even though they said the spring would not be a problem, they sent me two correct springs. I received them three days after I called. This was the best customer service experience I ever had.

My competitive springboard diver needed a place to practice out of the pool. We have a small yard so the 13 ft was the largest we could fit. Everything about the tramp is perfect. My diver says it is even better than the tramps at his training facility and we were able to put it together in under 2 hours! We are so happy with Avon and the quality!
