So Bouncy!! When selecting a trampoline, we cared about three things: (1) weight limit, (2) bounciness, and (3) value. At first, we dismissed ACON as an alternative due to the cost differential, but when you factor in #1 and #2, the value proposition becomes obvious. What's the point of buying a trampoline unless it is going to be super fun? We ultimately settled on the ACON, and are impressed with the quality and sheer joy it continues to bring to us every single day. We discovered a 4th factor as well, which is the customer service. We noticed a very slight defect in the product, asked about it on a Saturday, and AOON sent a replacement item that same day. The customer service is among the best of any company I've ever encountered. Thanks so much, we will be recommending ACON trampolines to everyone!
