My experience was fantastic. The delivery was good. The boxes are heavy, but with the help of a few friends, we set it up in a few hours.

We love the ACON trampoline! Beautiful quality of materials and we got rid of an old trampoline so that we can get the ACON trampoline with basketball hoop for the kids.

Shipping company was prompt, they can't drive on private property but they had a pallet-jack and we were able to get it to the back of the driveway with little effort. It's heavy so make sure you have help to move the boxes around when time to set up.
