My experience with Acon was excellent!

We purchased an ACON 15-foot round trampoline with an enclosure a few years ago. The frame has stayed solid and strong even with all the wind we get. The enclosure is still as good as new except for the zipper. The outside pad is faded in the sun but structurally sound. The mat that gets jumped on has started to get a small hole after a lot of use. One of the spring attachments to the mat recently ripped out and a spring broke. I think maybe the spring broke and then the surrounding springs had more tension on them so the metal attachments to the mat ripped out. Either way, I called ACON and they had me send pictures and a description of the problem and they replaced it right away—super great customer service. After having several cheaper trampolines in the past, the ACON is definitely worth the money you pay.
