I was shipped a faulty scooter. I contacted The seller to have the matter taken care of and have been pretty much ignored except for one response promising to email me a shipping label within 48 hours. That was about four days ago. Not a peep.

Now it time to see what this company is all about. Will they stand behind there misstake and fix the problem Now ASAP
