My return was denied without reason.

Terribly slow customer service. The voicemail is full so one can't leave a message. G-Force doesn't respond to their website contact form, and will not respond to email apparently if it is sent over a weekend. As to shipping, I understood the bile would be shipped in foam-enclosed packaging to minimize damage. It wasn't, just the usual cardboard and minimal styrofoam.

I’m still in shock that this company altered their policy so that I could not return the bike that came damaged.
