Your customer service sucks. I purchased a bike from your website that said if I purchase, I would receive a free rear basket for my T7. But then when the bike comes, there's no basket when I reach out to you say oh sorry for the inconvenience, but we were behind on taking down the promotional photos. I will for a very long time, not say anything good about the bike that I purchased on any of my social media platforms until I get that basket

Horrible

This G-Force company is horrible. The bike cost $1,269.00 and it doesn't work. Trying to get in touch with them is horrible, to say the least. Do not buy from this company.

Customer service is a complete joke

You ask how you did but make it impossible to contact you to get help. The phone says no support agents available but leaving messages gets no call back it's been 2 weeks
