Customer service is really good!

Except helmet and mirror, everything else was what i wanted.

The communication was good

shipping was quick. Have not used the customer service

Support very responsive I just wish bike was delivered faster, not missing a part and not making a howling noise. I'm sure all these problems can be rectified and I am still enjoying riding the bike for now.
