Good responses and service so far

You guys are great . Your customer service is really good. I just wish there was a manual for the the speedometer settings. Other than that I’m very pleased.

I emailed customer service twice, once to find out about tracking, and a second time to find out about where to buy accessories like a storage rack for my t42. Customer service responded quickly and answered my questions both times promptly and courteously. It's good to know if I have any issues in the future with my purchase, someone will be there to help me. That's a rare thing these days!

I was so pleased at how quickly I received my e-bike and how well it was packaged. No damage to the bike whatsoever. It took all of 5 mins. to assemble. It took longer for me to unpack it than to assemble which is a good thing. However, I just wish there was a manual included for the display. My experience with G-Force has been absolutely awesome! Great job you guys!
