Shipping was great bikes arrived package to very well. I bought 2. Really the only adjustment I had to make with to the derailleur to get the gears to change properly other than that great fun. Oh yeah and check your tire pressure before you ride them.

Bike arrived on time. I did not have to deal with anyone from Customer Care but did get the welcome email and felt some personal attention.
