THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FANTASTIC!! They really try to make everyone happy sending out parts ASAP!! I think they're getting very big and they're going to have to expand their customer support quickly.. Again the best value for your money of any e-bike!! Buy one you won't regret it . And if something goes wrong because of shipping or just warranty issues they will do anything to make it right!! That alone to make you want to consider the G-Force company as your go-to e-bike company now and the future!! Keep up that great customer support G-Force and hire as many people as you need so it doesn't go downhill!! ;)

Shipping to 3 weeks but it was okay

Each time I asked G-force a question, I had a response within 24 hours. They forecasted accurate shipping information as to when the ship will arrive beat their projection on ground transport. Unfortunately, FEDEX wasn't as dependable as I expected. They sent notifications that the bike will arrive a day early to New Jersey. Then there was no delivery status for more than 24 hours. Finally arrived a day late.
