Customer service was very knowledgeable. They made a good recommendation and also told my how much extra weight the hammock can carry (blankets, and other camping needs that I may have inside my hammock at night.) I was afraid the rope would not hold my weight, but it does, and quite well. I followed the knot tying video and I can put up and take down or make adjustments to my hammock in minutes.
