Have 4 xterra products All are high quality and I am very pleased. Will definitely purchase from Xterra again.

The customer service was excellent. I received a shipping confirmation for my purchase, but the package wasn't delivered. I was afraid it was stolen so I called and spoke to an Xterra representative for information on what to do next. The person I talked to was patient and friendly. They informed me that the package would probably come in a few days and if it didn't I should call them back. Thankfully the packages did come, but knowing someone at Xterra was receptive was very comforting.

Been using the Vortex Fullsuits for a few years and love them. I noticed that this current model runs small. I typically swim with a MLG and I'm 6'0 180lbs. I exchanged for a Large and it fits perfectly! I would recommend taking the advise on the sizing chart and add 10lbs if you have broad shoulders.
