Last fall I purchased a stand up board...I drove down from Orange County and I arrived, stupidly, during the lunch hour. I don't remember the names of the people that assisted me (both on the phone and in the showroom), but they couldn't have been more helpful, never mind that while there I interrupted their lunch! Cool people, great stuff.. I am a fan.

I purchased your wet suit for my first triathlon, a half ironman. Having never purchased a wetsuit before, or ever really used one I can't say I had any real expectations. But I have been very happy with the product and the race went excellent -- the suit shaved a couple minutes off my time. I also had really excellent customer service from the sales rep, who is spite of being out of stock of my size, decided to hit the floor to grab the medium off the mannequin to send me. Definitely recommend Xterra.
