It's been two months now, the first time it shipped out took 3 weeks and I had to email customer support 3 times to get a response. The delivery was marked undeliverable for some reason despite the address being correct. I have emailed customer support 3 more times and have heard nothing back.

Ordered November 12 for Christmas gifts, got a dead tracking number and waited another 3 weeks. Order was never shipped finally got refund after Christmas after complaining and sending numerous emails.

I ordered my knife over two months ago and have had multiple conversations with support and I still haven't received it. I think it was a scam.

I ordered a knife over a month ago. They claimed it shipped but the tracking number says the package never made it to the facility. I have called and emailed 4 times with no response. I have seen similar reviews. Will be calling BBB and local police on this scam. Stay far away.

It was the worst experience I have had dealing with a company. My order was not processed until I called. 10 days later. I asked to speak to a manager at which time they transferred me to a man named Chris who claimed to be the owner. He apologized for the delay and stated " I'll tnrow in some free stuff for you." I received my order about a week later with two dull knives with absolutely no edge on eitherer one. Also, there were no other items shipped with the order like he had promised. I am an active law enforcement officer who carries a knife as a necessity. I am unable to use either of the knives sent to me for my profession. I will continue to purchase knives from microtech in the future and will not be buying from your company any longer. I will also express my discintent on line in a review.
