This item was not what I ordered! Very disappointed.

They never did ship the knife I ordered. I called and they said it would go out that day. I waited another week and nothing. They sent a tracking number, but it was never picked up at the factory.

We waited almost a month for them to send the wrong knife. After almost two weeks of emails they finally sent us a return label and stated we would get a refund when they received the knife back. The knife was returned to them exactly two weeks ago, using their return label with an address provided by them and has not been received yet . We are also in Florida, three hours away from the address they provided so two weeks is more then enough time to arrive. Please DO NOT BUY from this company because there is zero customer service when needed which is a shame because we own several of their knives but with out customer service a company is worthless. Buyers beware.

Knife doesn't retract unless you keep pushing the switch over and over.i sent email to company and was told to take apart an re connect spring.should I have to do that???
