Operation of the knife is awesome. I believe the blade should have a sharper finish. The safety release if the blade is obstructed is great if caring in the pocket, but not benificial if needed for penetrating on the way out. Overall for a pocket knife I'm satisfied.

I am pleased with the knives that I have ordered....except for the one order that I have not yet received. I ordered two different knives on the same day, and have not yet received the second.

i ordered my knife and waited for over a week and never heard back from the company so i went out of my way and contacted them. After talking to a customer service rep i got my knife shipped out within the week and got it within the next week...however there was an issue at the post office with it and it got left for an extra day or two, ViperTec made it up to me by sending me a second smaller otf knife with my original purchase. Initially i was concerned because there are a lot of negative reviews on this company but, personally, my experience was pleasant and the knife itself is SOOOO worth the money...Again there was a very slight issue when the knife came, i had to tighten the screws a little bit but other than that its perfect and for the price its a beautiful knife. Also the action on it is flawless. I could have given 3 stars because of the small issues i had, however, I feel that the quality of the knives more than makes up for the waiting time. With OTF knives they are either RIDICULOUSLY expensive or RIDICULOUSLY poor quality. VIperTec found a way to bring the price WAY down, AND produce a wonderful knife! i have no idea how they do it but i will definitely be a lifelong customer of this company. If you are looking for a reasonably priced OTF knife and have been frustrated by all of the nonsense youre finding out there (single action, over $1000 knives...etc.) in regards to OTF knives then you should definitely give this company a shot! I simply recommend that you stay in contact with customer service and ensure your order is handled properly.

Only had one problem and they fixed it asap. Great service and quality.

Knife is amazing quality, only complaint was it took forever to get the knife parts where on back order and I was never updated about my order. I was promised a free gift for he delay and never received the free gift . Finally got the knife after a month .
