I had trouble with my credit card, so i called and spoke with a kind person that helped me and offered a good discount as well. I ordered slightly larger size and received what i expected, slighly larger than i really needed. Love this company!

I just recently purchased snorkel equipment. I wear a size 13 fins, so I went off the recommendation and got a size 12. It did not fit. I called. They were so helpful, they immediately shipped me the next size over, the only question was if I'd had them in the water. Very nice people, easy to deal with.
