Despite an error on my part their customer service dept was there for me after my gear shipped to the wrong place, they fixed the issue for me and even refunded me for the 2day shipping cost even tho it was my mistake that caused the delay. The gear arrived exactly how I ordered it and I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase thru them...I will be buying more gear in the next few months. Thank You Snorkel Mart
