My September box just shipped on September 27. I will get it in October. All my 11 boxes came the following month. Why does Nomadic do this?

They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. I'm going to have to do a charge-back because they make canceling so difficult.

I canceled my subscription last month with zero response. My account still says active and I’m being sent another box that I did not budget for. I sent another request for cancellation and would like someone to please respond. This is completely unacceptable.

Well, the first box was supposed to contain a hammock and did not . When originally signing up i went through to many back and forth emails to get a free shipping offer that your company had and wasn't gonna accept. So after that was finally settled, i didn't feel like the same trouble to receive the hammock. I have done a-lot of monthly subscriptions for gifts and this one was very expensive and in my opinion not worth it.
