Great to Try. Customer Experience Needs Improvement
Love the concept and it was really a great subscription to try out. The products we get in the box are mostly good quality and useful, the other items leave me feeling disappointed and I end up giving most of this stuff away. It's a 50/50 split for me....
I do not like the auto renewal process. To be fare, they do explain how the renewal process works. You can cancel anytime you want but you will not get refunded if you allow the subscription to renew. So set a reminder on your calendar to cancel because they won't send a reminder the days leading up to the renewal... I was out $200+ dollars. Not a great customer experience.
