I ordered the 1100 Power rack. It came well packaged and protected. All parts undamaged. Easy to assemble. Feels very sturdy, though I have not used it yet.

I received a very prompt communication from a sales representative that helped me navigate the ordering process. I received my order sooner than the estimated ship date, which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was safely packaged and every item arrived fully intact and in good working order. There was no damage from the delivery process. Assembly of the flat bench was very easy - the instructions were easy to follow and the hardware all arrived intact. Having used the Gladiator Barbell, Comp Lite flat bench and black bumper plates for about a week now, I can confidently say that the quality of their products is top notch.
