My first order for black was cancelled because of supply chain issues. I was given a 20$ coupon for next order and that arrived promptly in a week. Great product.

Assembled easily and fit and finish was above the price range. The only issue was a one of the J hooks did not fit tight against the rack, having a larger gap than the one the fit tight. A few hits with a dead throw hammer mostly fixed this.

Love my new rack and bench and so grateful to have them with the gym closed! Really high quality and value. My rack did arrive with dent in the pullup bar, but with the unprecedented demand, I opted not call customer service, but I know they would have accommodated me - they had already given me a $50 credit for overselling the rack. Can't wait to use it when they get more inventory! Small issue: the ink skipped on my instructions, so I couldn't see the neck of the bolts to know which to use where, but the pdf is online.

everything went smooth from order to pickup! Very happy with the service of rep.

First time ordering and I will be a customer forever. My husband and I are so happy with the quality of the sandbag we ordered. We can’t wait to move so we can start working on our home gym and add more REP fitness equipment. Thank you so much for having an awesome selection. The website is user friendly and my order was shipped and at my door in the blink of an eye.
