After the delay in shipment because of COVID-19, I was able to set an appointment later in the week to pick up the equipment that had arrived in the warehouse. Upon arrival I was greeted at the side entrance where pick up parking is labeled and approx 5 minutes later all equipment was being loaded into my vehicle by two proficient gentlemen. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and no damage or wear and tear to the packaging was noticed. Definitely, recommend Rep Fitness for excellent quality equipment and service.
