Excellent quality of service. Resolved issue surrounding product which was damaged due to shipping/handling to my satisfaction.

I was able to score some black bumper plates immediately after I received the email that they were back in stock. Shipping was even faster than I expected. Very little smell when I pulled them out of the box. Super soft bounce even when dropping from overhead on the concrete. Really love these plates.

I bought a rep fitness sandbag. The product was not available but understandably so due to the pandemic and high demand for home gym products. However, the product exceeds my expectations. I've used it about 15x so far with varying weights from 15 to 65 lbs. Handles are thoughtfully placed and Ived used every one. For the price and $11 for the sand, it pays itself back for the versatility. You can do Isolation workouts to functional training! I know Im going to use even after my gym reopens. To be extremely critical, I wish they had an option of buying additional filler bags. Though still 5 stars!

Ordered 45 lb pair of bumper plates. Perfectly fine. No issues. Delivered in reasonable time. No complaints

I am thoroughly pleased with Rep’s customer service and effort their team has shown. Patience has been the theme of acquiring fitness equipment lately, but I am happy with my home-gym, facilitated by Rep’s team & products!
