Great order/delivery experience, love the product

Fast service, great products, ease of ordering on the online site. Very pleased with how quickly everything was delivered

Overall the website was very good. Customer service was very helpful via email and facebook messenger. Only issue i had was shipping. I picked UPS ground and it took them 5 phone calls, lost packages investigation and 14 days to deliver. Once I got the packages, the box for the PR-1000 was so beat up the bottoms busted open. One of the post had a slightly bent leg. It’s not REP’s fault. The only thing I attribute to REP is that the pull-up bar isn’t as great of quality as the rest of the rack. The powdercoat is very thin and there are some bare metal spots. The rest of the rack is well built. Will definitely buy other products from REP!

Great quality KB. Good coating, although it’s scratched from double KB cleans, but it’s likely to happen with wear and tear. Won’t be replacing these KBs soon, definitely will be following up

At first I thought REP Fitness Was just another fitness equipment supplier, I was greatly mistaken. The equipment is so well designed and on top of that so durable! This is my go to place now.
