REP Fitness equipment is great quality! I only had one issue and REP Fitness took care of it asap. Great customer service as well. The bench I ordered was bent and the bottom cross bar would not fit. I called REP fitness and I actually spoke to a real person. She told me to take a few pictures of the problem and to email it to her. The next day I had receive an email stating a new bench had already shipped. They prepaid for me to send the defective one back. I am very pleased with the equipment I have received and will be doing business with REP Fitness in the future!

The Rep AB-3000 is a great bench. The missing link to my workouts at home. I would def buy again.
