I had a major issue with my Functional Trainer when it arrived. It was damaged badly, every component and weight except for 3 plates! Lance was extremely helpful in getting a new unit shipped to me. It was quite an issue to unpack the first unit, unpack the second unit, then package up the first unit and then ship it back (one unit is 1,000 lbs!). The whole ordeal took most of the month of January but now I have the system set up in my gym and I love it. The product is great and I got to see the customer support of Rep Fitness at work. I’m very happy now and recommend considering Rep Fitness if you’re looking for Fitness equipment.

My wife and I purchased a dumbbell set and other items for her Private Training business and the staff at REP were very helpful! I strongly suggest checking them out for your next fitness equipment purchase!

Being a nurse and working 12 to 13 hour days and having a family at home I was missing a lot of time on workdays going to the gym to stay in shape. I started looking into equipment for a home gym and the top companies kept coming up in Internet searches. I was unable to find a package that I felt comfortable spending money on. Then I ran a crossed Rep fitness. For under $1500 shipper, I was able to purchase an entire set up to put in my garage. The equipment surprised the hell out of me. I was shocked at how well built it was. I was nervous about what was going to show up for less than half the price of other companies. I am three weeks into this set up and love it.
